I am a true Eastern Shore lady who loves to cook and eat!

Lady Delaware’s Mac and Shrimp Salad.

2 lbs of large gulf shrimp; steamed with old bay cut in thirds
1 lbs of boxed macaroni – uncooked
1 cup of diced celery
1 small diced sweet onion
1 T of chicken bouillon granules (dry)
Coarse pepper to taste
1 T Old bay seasoning. Reduce by 1/2 tsp if you don’t like spicy.
Real Mayonnaise 3/4 jar of 30 FL OZ.
1 T Olive Oil, I like EVOO

Cook noodles al dente, a must, never, ever over cook.
Rinse with tap water. Drain thoroughly. Helps rinse off sticky starch.
Immediately add EVOO. Helps with noodles sticking together.
Stir in chicken granules , Old Bay Seasoning. The seasonings will penetrate into noodles. Let stand, while preparing the following.

Next add the chopped shrimp, diced celery, onions.

Last the mayonnaise . Make sure it’s real. Low fat mayonnaise
will be runny after a day of sitting. So don’t use.
